I'm Michael Lantz. I empower ambitious and introverted network marketing leaders to use innovative online and social media methods to deliver insane results in less time.

Over the past 17 years, I've built, lost, and rebuilt a profitable network marketing organization in the health and wellness space. 

I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has something very special and authentic to offer the world.

Michael's Business Story (and failure)

I was intensely unfulfilled as a partner in a top local CPA firm. God didn't create me to fill out tax returns and count other people's money.

My dad had recently passed away in my arms from cancer. Before he died he shared with me his regret in life. Scared, I knew I was heading down the same path.

I had ballooned in weight, just like my dad. A friend declared in front of a group of people, "My God Mike, you look like a whale."

That was the day I decided to change my life. 

A friend turned me onto a superfood system and it helped me release over 50 pounds! I got my health back! And only 14 months after starting the system, did my first of 15 Ironman triathlons all after the age of 50.

It was a network marketing company and I decided to build a team. I kept doubling my income every year and after only four years, retired from my partnership in the CPA firm and went full-time building a team.

I had great success in the beginning reaching our company's millionaire* status. 

But the wheels came off after Facebook changed its algorithm in 2015 and people stopped reaching out to me.

As an introvert with ADHD, the thought of reaching out to cold leads and facing a high rejection rate turned my stomach and caused a great deal of anxiety. When I stopped enrolling new distributors and customers, so did my team. It shriveled up and I lost 80% of my residual income.

It was a hard pill to swallow and experience the saying, "The speed of the team is the speed of the leader."

But in a way, that loss was exactly what I needed. I then turned to a mentor who showed me a remarkably simple way to speedily build a team without having to prospect. He showed me how to build influence on social media (170k followers on my first Instagram channel). Qualified prospects came to me from my acts of influence and service. I was able to rebuild a team and this time, create duplication by helping team members use their gifts to influence others as well. 

I'm on my way to earning another million* in my business but more importantly, others on the team are enjoying success beyond my imagination.
